Projects: Students took a final assessment on body systems today and will spend the rest of the week learning about the importance of photosynthesis in the flow of energy between organisms.
7th Grade Reading: This week we will continue to read Two Miserable Presidents and answer comprehenstion questions related to the causes of the Civil War. Of course we watched "The Week in Rap" today and the kids had awesome input!
Writing: This week students will finish their final drafts of their electoral college essays, while continuing to build writing stamina through daily prompts.
8th Grade Reading: This week students will read about Ancient Egypt and its contributions to civilization today. We will also look at character traits in poetry.
